Mannheim boring...
sian man this place. Weekends their entertainment is so limited here so i stay indoors.
Last Sat i visited Konstance a place near swiss boarder. Did some shopping wif augustine(aug) and malcom(mal). We also had 2 of malcom's friends come along too. The were Isai, an iranian fella and nima, a mexican.
However the both of them were more interested in sightseeing in Konstance. So we went our seperate ways. I shopped with aug n mal. They went mad. Mal bought over 150euros worth of clothings and aug spent around 90 euros but aug said he dint spend enuff coz he could'nt find his size.
They were telling me how crazy the swiss shopped in Konstance coz of the high taxes in germany(de/deutche). Rem the VAT tax i was saying 19%? Since the swiss were not part of EU. Once they leave the EU wif their items they can use the tax refund form they get from the shops in Konstance and get the 19% back! thats as gd as 19% off! No wonder they love to shop there so much. But at the same time, the owners jack up their prices a little at Konstance compared to the rest of de. Then again the clothings were the same price throughout de; only the food and daily neccesities were more expensive. They shopped at Zara, H&M and other shops. I bought a Zara shirt at S$66.70! Cheap rite compared to sg? Next time want branded stuff. Maybe can ask me to buy wo! Its cheaper here=d.
I also had a taste of swiss meat as i crossed the boarder. It was so good!I had fried pork chop with a fresh garden salad, its called Salat here. Compared to the salty and tough meat we had to eat at the school "Mensa" canteen. I claimed back 6.50 euros! And I'll collect my 6 euros coz i can claim for my Birkänstork!
Now im going to eat some nice jap food in town. Choos(byee)
